Role OverviewThe CB2 PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - RAW Side will oversee production operations, personnel, and quality control standards to meet established targets, budgets, and operating plans. This role will involve strategic and tactical elements, with the person wearing different hats to achieve company goals.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include promoting a safe working environment, directing processing operations, setting and tracking performance to targets, and coordinating with other plant function areas to ensure support in attaining output, productivity, and quality.
