  • Able to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward without constant direction
  • Comfortable owning backend logistics, reporting, budgets, timelines, communication, and follow-through
  • Skilled at supporting leadership and helping teams stay aligned, accountable, and on track
  • Confident leading meetings, driving action items, and coordinating across multiple departments
  • Strong communicator with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence
  • Someone who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative before being asked
  • Passionate about events, culture, people, and creating impactful experiences
