Job Description
We are seeking a Contact Center Lending Specialist to create member loyalty and deepen member relationships by providing exceptional service and cross-selling all products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inbound calls, working online lending queues, and achieving lending and sales goals while meeting standards for quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in a financial institution
  • One year of consumer lending (personal, Auto and Credit Cards) experience
  • Availability during Saturdays and extended business hours
  • Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) within 30 days of hire and compliance with the SAFE Act regulations
