Job Description
Metropolitan Family Services is seeking a Psychiatric Prescriber to join their team at the Merrionette Park Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to community and a passion for empowering families to reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Must possess an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and be Board Certified in General Psychiatry, or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)/ Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC)
  • Must have 2+ years of experience working with adults, children/adolescents or older adults
  • Must be currently licensed to practice in Illinois and possess a current Illinois Mid-Level Practitioner Controlled Substance License and federal DEA number (if an APRN) or medical license and an IL and federal DEA controlled substance license
