Job Description
Support fast-paced mortgage office by assisting on a temporary basis. Work effectively with individuals at all levels and in all functional areas. Support different roles of the mortgage home loans division i.e. sales, marketing, operations, and servicing, etc.
Requirements
Assistance in executing corporate, marketing, compliance projects and loan officer specific tasks.
Marketing - Maintain and distribute promotional item inventories, customize marketing templates, and refresh and maintain content within the CRM system.
Sales - Support sales in proactive marketing and promoting Capital City Home Loans financial products to meet established loan quality and production goals.
Servicing - Support the Servicing department in the management of existing home loans after they have closed.
Operations - Perform several activities related to the operations functions.
