Role OverviewSupport complex commercial construction projects as a Concrete Laborer, working in various weather conditions and environments.
What You Will Do
Prepare work sites, assemble forms, set up pumps, bend and form rebar, and install concrete. Participate in daily clean-up and ensure safe working practices.

Requirements
- Minimum one year of construction experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
- Team attitude
- Daily attendance and punctuality
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measure distance using a tape measure
- Available to work 5/6 days a week, 8/10-hour days as jobsite requires
