Job Description
We are seeking a CD&A - Associate Director, Agentic AI Business Solutions to deliver prioritized Agentic AI solutions that support Amgen’s commercial and analytics functions. This role focuses on the full execution lifecycle of design, development, implementation, rollout, and training, ensuring solutions are deployed on time, on scope, and with measurable business value. As a seasoned Commercial Analyst with strong technically expertise, you will thrive on driving solution deployment to accelerate value and impact to our business.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 3 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience
  • OR Master’s degree and 5 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience
  • OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience
  • OR Associate’s degree and 12 years of commercial analytics, sales planning & insights and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience
  • OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of commercial analytics and/or operationalizing GenAI solutions experience
