Requirements

  • Doctorate degree
  • 4 years of forecasting experience in biopharma/biotechnology/pharmaceutical
  • Leadership experience in building and developing hard-working teams
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with and influence EVP/SVP/VP level staff
  • Oral, written, and presentation skills to explain complex concepts and controversial findings clearly
