Role OverviewThis position offers consistent Western lanes, 80–90% drop-and-hook freight, dedicated planning, performance bonus opportunities, and guaranteed pay eligibility during the first three months after your first solo dispatch.
What You Will Do
Drive a dedicated OTR dry van fleet based in the Las Vegas area, with primary lanes including Phoenix, Las Vegas, and St. George to Southern California and back.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Approximately 6–12 months experience
- Must be comfortable operating both day and night
- Must be available for weekend work

- Must meet the applicable hiring-radius requirements
- Leadership approval required
