Role OverviewRouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for drop and hook freight flow, dependable scheduling, and weekly home time. You'll be assigned your own late-model Peterbilt with driver comfort features designed to make regional driving more manageable.
What You Will Do
You'll be responsible for regional freight movement, with a focus on steady freight movement and practical scheduling throughout the week. You'll also receive additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for drivers with a valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience. You'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.
