Role OverviewWe’re hiring a CDL-A Field Equipment Laborer for hands-on field operations in the DFW area. This role combines commercial driving, loading and transferring equipment, heavy equipment support, and physical labor at job sites.
What You Will Do
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment, transport equipment and materials, load and unload equipment and materials safely, and assist with specialized lifting and field operations.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record
- Experience in construction labor or another physically demanding role
- Ability to perform hands-on work outdoors and operate heavy equipment when qualified
- Willingness to complete required training, qualification tests, and safety programs
- Availability for emergency callouts 24/7, including weekends and holidays
