Role OverviewWe are seeking a CDL-A Heavy Equipment Operator to join a field team responsible for equipment transportation, heavy machinery operations, and time-sensitive recovery projects.
What You Will Do
Drive tractor-trailers, inspect trucks and equipment, operate heavy machinery, assist with fieldwork, and adapt to changing assignments.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, loaders, or cranes
- Construction, equipment maintenance, or physical labor experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor equipment servicing
- Ability to follow safe lifting, rigging, and load-handling procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel overnight and respond to emergency assignments
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and complete required safety training
