Role OverviewWe are hiring CDL-A trainees directly out of Duplessis, Ascension Parish, and the surrounding I-10 corridor. Our Paid Mentor Program will bridge the gap between school and a confident solo career.
What You Will Do
Learn real-world OTR driving with an experienced mentor in the passenger seat, get paid every week during training, and transition directly to full solo pay rates once the program is completed.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- DOT Medical Card
- Graduated from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours) OR have under 6 months of recent OTR experience
- Clean driving record
- Pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen
