Role OverviewWe are currently hiring CDL-A trainees directly out of Arabi, St. Bernard Parish, and the Greater New Orleans area. Our Paid Mentor Program will bridge the gap between school and a confident solo career.
What You Will Do
Learn real-world OTR driving with an experienced mentor in the passenger seat, and transition directly to full solo pay rates the moment you complete the program.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- DOT Medical Card
- Graduated from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours) OR have under 6 months of recent OTR experience
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen
