Role OverviewThis is a paid training program for new CDL-A holders, offering one-on-one mentorship from an experienced driver before running solo. The role involves hauling no-touch dry van freight on regional routes in the Eastern Regional Fleet.
What You Will Do
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer, haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes, complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate ELD logs, communicate with dispatch and customers, and complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed
- Clean driving record, no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
- Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor
