Role OverviewAs a CDL-A trainee, you will run reefer freight across six western states, with monthly performance bonuses on top of your regular pay. You will be paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor and have the opportunity to upgrade to full solo mileage rate once training is complete.
What You Will Do
Run reefer trailers on regional routes across CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA, with a minimum of 1,900 to 2,100 miles weekly. You will not be responsible for touching freight and will have guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch.

- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
- Clean MVR and background check
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
