Role OverviewThis is a CDL-A training program for recent CDL school graduates. Trainees spend 4 to 6 weeks paired one-on-one with a veteran driver, getting paid the whole time, before transitioning to solo driving in the Eastern Regional Fleet.
What You Will Do
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, accurate ELD logging, on-time pickups and deliveries, and clear communication with dispatch and customers. After training, you will drive solo in the Eastern Regional Fleet with no-touch dry van freight.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- Pass a hair and urine drug screen
