Role OverviewThis is a CDL-A training program for recent CDL school graduates. Trainees spend 4 to 6 weeks paired one-on-one with a veteran driver, learning the ropes while getting paid. After training, drivers transition to solo runs in the Eastern Regional Fleet, hauling no-touch dry van freight.
What You Will Do
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on every run, maintain accurate ELD logging, ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.

- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- Pass a hair and urine drug screen
