Role OverviewThis is a CDL-A trainee program for recent CDL school graduates. The program pairs trainees with a veteran driver for 4 to 6 weeks of on-the-job training, with guaranteed weekly pay, before transitioning to solo driving in the Eastern Regional Fleet.
What You Will Do
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate ELD logging, ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers. After training, you will operate as a solo driver hauling no-touch dry van freight.

- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- Pass a hair and urine drug screen
