The program includes 4 to 6 weeks of paid training, guaranteed weekly pay, and a seamless transition to full solo rates.
What You Will Do
As a CDL-A Trainee Truck Driver, you will gain OTR experience alongside an experienced mentor, receive a dependable paycheck every week, and move directly to full solo rates after completing the program.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL
- DOT Medical Card
- Graduate from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours) OR under 6 months of recent OTR experience
- Clean driving record
- Pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen
