Role OverviewThe CDL Class A Driver (Transport) is responsible for driving a tractor-trailer combination or straight truck to transport parcels between terminals. The job involves conducting a pre-trip inspection, maintaining certifications, and assisting other drivers as needed.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include driving between terminals, turning in pre-trip forms, and completing mileage and maintenance forms. The driver must also wash the exterior of the tractor and equipment daily.

The ideal candidate will have good customer service and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to make quick decisions. The driver must also possess a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Hold a valid CDL Class A driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a doubles/triples endorsement
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly up to 100 pounds occasionally
