Requirements

  • Promote safety throughout the operation for yourself and others
  • Operate ready-mix truck in accordance with federal, state, and Vulcan regulations
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete daily mobile equipment reports
  • Document and record information, complete forms, service reports, tickets, and required paperwork
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and plant management to provide good customer service
  • Perform general physical activities, such as cleaning, climbing, and lifting
