Role Overview

The Driver Shuttle is a non-touch freight position responsible for pulling finished goods from the production plant and raw materials from the warehouse to the plant. The role requires ensuring all loads are picked up on time, responsible for all deliveries, and maintaining daily inspection sheets. Occasional over-the-road driving is also required.

What You Will Do

Ensure all loads are picked up from the plant as they are loaded with no delays, responsible for all deliveries for finished goods and raw materials, and ensure all paperwork and bills of lading are filled out correctly.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License required
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to work safely and securely
  • Ability to receive and follow instructions
  • Ability to demonstrate teamwork, problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
