Job Description
The Shuttle Operations Manager will focus on the Shuttle Program, managing the Shuttle Driver Team and maintaining position coverage at all times for all scheduled routes. The Operations Manager must always aim to exceed the expectations of the client, employees, patients and guests.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL license with Passenger Endorsement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred
  • 5 years Management experience required, Transportation experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards for passenger transportation
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Strong customer service background
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client and VPNE management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of employees, as well as motivate and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong administrative skills; including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
