Role Overview

The CDL Trainee will assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment, conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, and maintain accurate mileage logs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a CDL B Permit, and the ability to obtain a valid CDL permit. The trainee will work up to six days per week, including significant overtime, and be willing to travel and work away from home as required.

What You Will Do

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles with proper documentation in accordance with DOT guidelines. Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Monitor vehicle gauges during operation and maintain accurate mileage logs.
