Requirements

  • Commercial driver's license
  • Valid DOT physical or ability to get one
  • Knowledge of general principles and practices of operating and servicing ready-mix trucks
  • Experience with Department of Transportation rules and regulations
  • Clean and safe driving record
  • Ability to work overtime and extended hours
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions
  • Ability to tolerate being exposed to loud noises
  • Ability to take responsibility for customer relationships and represent Vulcan on job sites and while transporting product
