Job Description
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time CDP/Memory Care Director for The Boulevard Wentzville in Wentzville, Missouri. The successful candidate will ensure a spirit of hospitality and professionalism, implement and manage Memory Care programs, and assemble and manage personalized care needs of residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Minimum of two years' experience and knowledge of theories and practices related to dementia care
  • Leadership experience as a Director in a specialized dementia program (preferred)
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
  • Criminal clearance
