Job Description
The CDWA Caregiver Entry Manager manages daily operations of Consumer Direct Care Network programs to support company strategic anchors and thematic goals. The incumbent promotes cohesiveness in the office environment and manages daily intake and referral processes, local payroll processes, and AR processes to ensure positive business growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • 4 years leadership experience preferred
  • Combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements
