Job Description
Lochner is a trusted infrastructure services provider that needs a CEI Testing Technician for a full-time position in Salt Lake City, UT. The technician will perform field and laboratory testing of construction materials and inspect construction activities for compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in construction inspection, materials testing, or civil engineering preferred
  • Transportation or roadway project experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of construction materials and testing procedures
  • Ability to read engineering plans and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Basic computer and reporting software proficiency
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift equipment and travel to project sites
