Role OverviewJoin the Cell Culture Development Group at Sanofi in Framingham, MA, as an Associate Scientist. The team develops robust, scalable, and innovative cell culture processes for Sanofi's biologics pipeline. The role involves working collaboratively with others to complete assigned experiments and follow best laboratory practices.
What You Will Do
Execute upstream process development experiments, maintain laboratory bioreactor automation, and participate in team meetings. Prepare experimental protocols, troubleshoot common cell culture challenges, and author technical reports. Develop an understanding of cell culture theory and experimentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Cell Biology, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 months of experience or equivalent exposure in a cell culture or biological laboratory setting.
- Working knowledge of aseptic technique.
