Job Description
The Cell Leader is responsible for supporting cell team members in the startup, operation, and TPM maintenance of molding and assembly equipment. This includes maintaining cleanliness, performing visual inspections, ensuring quality standards are met, and performing LRP activities. The role involves inventory management, machine operation, and adherence to Lean initiatives.

Requirements

  • Support and maintain all policies of the company.
  • Maintain clean work space and 5S Standards.
  • Complete visual inspection of product per production specification.
  • Operate Assembly or package equipment as required.
  • Enter daily production and scrap data into Mattec.
  • Perform mold changeovers.
  • Load the validated master cycle parameters into the Injection Molding machine.
  • Load programs into and align automated and robotic systems.
  • Perform quality control checks.
  • Perform cycle checklist.
  • Complete LRPs.
