What You Will Do
As a Cellarman, you will help maintain the highest standards of beer quality, cleanliness, and brewery operations by performing various duties, including cellar operations, quality and record keeping, draft systems and distribution, safety, guest experience and events, and team support.

Requirements
- Complete understanding of the brewing process from raw ingredients to finished product
- Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive
