Job Description
This Center Administrative Assistant position is responsible for assisting the Center Manager in carrying out personnel and office administration functions. The role involves tasks such as personnel administration, office administration, supplies ordering, meeting/training coordination, recordkeeping, and community/parent meetings. The ideal candidate will have an ECE State Certificate or 47 ECE related credits, proficiency with personal computer software, accurate data management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in policy and procedure process.
