Role OverviewLife Skills Autism Academy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, providing direct client care, and collecting and recording data on client behavior.

Responsibilities include providing direct client care, following behavioral protocols, collecting and recording data, and assisting with parent and caregiver training.

Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance
- Ability to physically perform the job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly if required
- Patience and ability to help keep clients on task
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cultural competency and ability to remain flexible and open-minded
