Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Leadership experience in ABA therapy delivery
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with Behavior Technicians
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
