What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth, provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians, develop and implement assent-based behavior plans, and lead virtual family training sessions.

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in ABA therapy and leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical skills and experience with telehealth
