Role Overview

Centria prioritizes the success of its BCBA by eliminating operational burdens, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional ABA therapy and making a difference in children's lives. You'll work in a purpose-built clinical setting, leading in-home ABA services across multiple locations.

What You Will Do

Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth, provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians, develop and implement assent-based behavior plans, and lead virtual family training sessions.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in ABA therapy and leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with telehealth
