Job Description
ArchWell Health is seeking a Medical Assistant – Internal Float to support its care teams in delivering excellent and compassionate primary care to seniors. The role involves greeting members, scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and performing routine diagnostic testing.

Requirements

  • Welcome members upon arrival and help them feel safe and at home
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
  • Update member information in the electronic medical records system
  • Conduct intake with patients, measuring and recording vital signs, patient interview, and medical history
  • Perform all tasks with a hyper focus on patient experience
  • Change dressings, apply bandages, remove sutures and other first aid procedures
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and conduct accurate, legal, and ethical documentation
  • Assist with center events, as needed
