Job Description
The Center Deputy Director is responsible for the organization, direction, and supervision of the Case Management, Case Establishment, and Case Support units. The role involves managing staff, resolving public assistance client appeals, and ensuring compliance with Agency requirements. The Deputy Director will also oversee the application and recertification processes for public assistance, assist with directing the activities of the various program components, and determine training needs for Job Center staff.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Four years of satisfactory full-time experience performing work related to providing employment related services or economic support services to persons in need
  • At least eighteen months of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
