Job Description
The Center Director will supervise, lead, oversee, and support center staff in their implementation of the Head Start (HS)/Early Head Start (EHS) program and the delivery of high-quality comprehensive services to enrolled children and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Services, Family Engagement, Social Services, Human Services, Early Childhood Education, Community Health Services, or agreed equivalent
  • Five years' experience in a management role with a diverse community population in the human services area
  • Five years' experience supervising staff
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Office 365
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish (bilingual)
