Job Description
Upbring is seeking a Center Director to oversee Head Start and Head Start Education services. This is a year-round position and requires a passion for empowering children and families. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, compliance, budget management, staff development, and collaboration with families and the community. The ideal candidate will embody Upbring's core values of Warriors, Servants, and Family.

Requirements

  • At least one college credit hours in business management AND at least two (2) years of experience in licensed childcare center.
  • Or, nine (9) college credit hours in child development and nine (9) college credit hours in business management AND at least three (3) years of experience in a licensed child-care center.
  • A Child Development Associate credential or Certified Child-Care Professional credential with six college credit hours in business management AND at least two (2) years of experience in a licensed child-care center.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
