Center Director-Theodora Family Hotel

The Center Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the Theodora Family Hotel, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, staff, and the facility. This role involves developing and maintaining effective systems, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Center Director also supports program development, ensures participant voices inform program development, and represents the program in the community.

What You Will Do

The Center Director will provide overall leadership, develop and maintain effective systems, ensure participant voices inform program development, delegate operational responsibilities, and maintain familiarity with front desk and facility operations. They will also participate in on-call rotation, recruit and hire staff, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree in human services or a closely related field
• Two years of direct experience working with people experiencing homelessness and mental health needs
• Two years of direct experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, budgets, and reporting skills
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of community-based resources for people experiencing homelessness
• Complete program credentialing process, including criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire
