Job Description
Brella is hiring a Center Experience Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations at the center and provide exceptional customer service to families. The role involves supervising Center Experience Associates, tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in a customer-facing role and a passion for working with children and families.

Requirements

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to our families with a “Yes” mentality
  • Confidently and professionally answer phone calls and reply to emails
  • Proactively identify and implement new processes and/or tools to improve center operations and family experience
  • Help train and supervise Center Experience Associates
  • Track inventory spending and levels; order supplies when needed
  • Ensures compliance through audits of child files
  • Manages the emergency preparedness of the center and coordinates drills
  • Maintain documentation such as updated child records, incident logs and licensing rosters, etc.
  • Execute center marketing in partnership with our marketing team
  • Proactively identify ways to improve our processes to be more efficient
