Job Description
The Center Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the safety, maintenance, operations, and expansion of ABA therapy centers across multiple states. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and highly accountable, with 5+ years of multi-site facilities management experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-site facilities management experience
  • Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, access control, CCTV, and fire/life safety
  • Experience managing vendors, RFPs, contracts, SLAs, and cost-saving initiatives across multiple locations
  • Ability to travel approximately 40–60% as needed
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background screen and fingerprinting
