Role OverviewThe Center Store Assistant 3rd Shift Manager is responsible for supporting the Center Store 3rd Shift Supervisor and Center Store leadership in supporting the overnight stocker team across Center Store departments. This position assists in leading and developing a team of 3rd Shift Stockers that keeps aisles clean and shelves stocked while maintaining store standards.
What You Will Do
Reinforces Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all Third Shift associates. Trains new Third Shift Center Store associates, documents violations of company policies/procedures, and conducts progressive disciplinary actions.

Requirements

- Thorough understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
- Ability to use the following equipment: forklift, harness, power jack, walk behind lift, WAV, baler, compactor.
