Role Overview

The Central Office Training Coordinator will deliver engaging training sessions, assist in designing training programs, and collaborate with teams to deliver impactful development initiatives for adult learners. The role involves managing the Central Office training calendar, planning, and scheduling statewide training meetings. The Coordinator will also prepare for and deliver various Florida Department of Transportation training sessions, disseminate accurate and timely information, and maintain and provide the Florida Department of Transportation's Organizational Development programs.

Requirements

  • Five years of professional or nonprofessional experience in instruction, instructional design, public speaking, program research, and planning, or organizational or staff development.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for four years of the required experience.
