Job Description
Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital is hiring a Sterile Processing Technician I for a Full Time, second shift role in Charlottesville, VA. The Central Sterile Services Technician I is responsible for the decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and preparation of surgical instruments, medical equipment, and supplies used in patient care.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required
  • BLS within 90 days of hire Required
  • CRCST Preferred
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to transition between tasks efficiently required
  • Team work and communication skills required
