Job Description
At HDR, we're looking for a Central Texas Resources Real Estate PM/Lead to guide and advance our ROW services across Central Texas in the power and energy markets. This leadership role focuses on aligning technical capabilities with market demands, delivering projects with excellence, and building strong internal and external partnerships.

Requirements

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with real estate staff, project managers, power delivery engineering, and operations leadership
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to allow clear communication and effective resource coordination across departments
  • Identify project needs and collaborate on recruitment strategies to strengthen ROW staffing capacity
