Responsibilities include monitoring automated trading systems, analyzing live trading activity, collaborating with risk managers and trading teams, developing and maintaining monitoring procedures, and documenting production issues.

Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a trading or trade support role
- Experience or exposure to high-frequency automated trading strategies
- Working knowledge of risk controls across equities, futures, options, and FX markets
- Experience with SQL, Python, and Linux (preferred)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English for business purposes
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including morning and evening shifts
