Job Description
As a Centralized Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for rent collection, delinquency notices, resident communications, and accounts payable for assigned housing communities. This role may be performed remotely or at our HQ office in Denver, CO.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in property management
1-2 years of experience with property-level accounting and resident account management
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required, a bachelor’s degree preferred
Working knowledge of Yardi / Entrata is preferred
