Role OverviewThe Cereal Filler is responsible for retrieving cereal and other dry ingredients, accurately weighing, mixing, and recording dry ingredient and lot codes. They must keep the Multipond full and running during production, maintain a clean and clear mixing area and staging air lock, and aid the operator in cleaning and clearing waste. The Cereal Filler must also maintain a sanitary, safe, and professional work environment.
What You Will Do
The Cereal Filler's main day-to-day responsibilities include keeping the Multipond full and running during production, maintaining a clean and clear mixing area and staging air lock, and aiding the operator in cleaning and clearing waste. They must also ensure proper chemical concentrations are achieved by completing titration checks and documenting appropriately.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The Cereal Filler must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs, walk on wet floors, and be on their feet for long periods of time. They must also be able to climb stairs throughout the shift. The Cereal Filler must be able to work every other weekend and be available for overtime as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Completed or able to complete allergen training before starting the job
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
- Ability to walk on wet floors
